A little over three years ago, we set out on a journey to create a better financial planning and investment management firm. The simple but profound goal was to focus on clients, digging deeper to create enduring financial plans that bring clarity, peace of mind, and success. As 2017 comes to a close, Cedarstone Advisors now serves more than 100 households and manages over $100 million in assets. Once again in 2017, we have experienced tremendous growth, mostly through referrals from our clients, demonstrating that our process is creating a better experience for our clients. We believe that we are truly creating something special here are Cedarstone.
A couple of our retired clients make it a habit to send pictures of their travels. I love receiving those messages because it is a reminder of why we do what we do. We are here to give you peace of mind and the ability to live your life well. What better example than a hardworking couple finally living their dreams. I am so proud of the work that we do at Cedarstone Advisors, and am so grateful and humbled by the many clients that put their trust in us. We have worked hard to serve you.
There are many great memories from 2017: the Annual Investor Conference, our amazing Give Back Day, our Dodger game together (even though the Dodger’s lost), and the many meetings with all of you. The financial results have been excellent, and we continue to expand the way we serve you. We have updated our website and continue to write weekly to communicate and educate. In May, our very own Hannah Boundy achieved the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
We have big plans for 2018! Hannah Boundy’s latest book, A Girlfriends Guide to Personal Finance will be published in the first quarter (read more about it here), our Annual Investor Conference will take place February 17th (RSVP here), and we have even more in store for later in the year. Most of all, we are excited for your future and look forward to walking with you through this coming year!
